Appointments are booked for single or couples at a time. If you're a family of 3 or more, please call 027 774 5888 or email info@forensicinsight.co.nz as you will need to block book a longer appointment.

If you have been unwell or have been in contact with anyone who has travelled internationally within the last 14 days, we would appreciate you delaying your booking.

Allocated parking available directly outside the office.

You will need to bring your passport, or another suitable form of photo ID. ie valid NZ drivers licence if passport is not available. Your ID must be current and valid. 

Bring the relevant fingerprint template form with you for your application if you have one. We hold our own certified forms for general recording and many other forms including South Africa SAPS91a forms, FBI cards, and Hong Kong Fingerprint Forms.

** For Australian applicants - you will need to bring your completed AFP form with you for certification. (We DO NOT carry out biometrics for Australian visitor visas)

The standard fingerprinting service per person for one set is $55.00 Each additional set for the same person will cost $30.00

For a full finger and palm print set the cost is $80.00

If you need additional sets or family sets you will need to book a double appointment.
